Sri Lanka Tour Packages: Per Person or Per Group?

JK TRAVELS SRI LANKA · HOLIDAY PLANNING

Two Sri Lanka tour packages can display very different prices because one is quoted per person and another per group. Compare the total for your actual party before deciding which offer fits your budget.

When viewing our Sri Lanka tour packages, request a quotation based on your adult count, children’s ages and accommodation needs. A displayed starting amount may not describe the full arrangement you need.

Start with the passenger basis

A per-group transport amount generally needs a defined passenger capacity and service scope. Confirm the number of people covered and whether luggage affects the vehicle choice. Do not multiply a group amount by the number of travellers unless the quote instructs you to.

A per-person offer needs its own conditions. Ask whether it assumes two people sharing a room, a minimum party size or specific dates. The same headline rate may not apply to a solo traveller or a family requiring separate rooms.

Build one party total

List the total transport amount, accommodation for all required rooms and any per-person activities. Separate optional extras from confirmed inclusions. This creates a useful comparison even when suppliers use different pricing formats.

Ask for the final quotation clearly

Request the currency, total amount payable by the whole party and any excluded charges. Also confirm how a change in passenger count would affect the proposal. A quote prepared for four people should be revisited if only two travel.

Send JK Travels the room allocation alongside the passenger count. That avoids comparing a transport-only group amount with a per-person holiday that includes accommodation and meals.
