Sri Lanka Tour Package: Transport Only or With Hotels?

JK TRAVELS SRI LANKA · HOLIDAY PLANNING

A Sri Lanka tour package may cover private transport, a wider set of holiday arrangements or a quotation with optional accommodation. Establish the booking basis before comparing offers.

Our Sri Lanka tour packages collection includes routes with package-specific inclusions. Use the individual programme and written quotation to identify what you are buying.

Transport-only arrangements

When accommodation is booked independently, the road itinerary still needs the exact hotel addresses and dates. A hotel described as “near Kandy” may create a different daily journey from a city-centre stay. Share confirmed properties before the transport programme is finalised.

Check airport transfers, vehicle arrangements, driver services, fuel and any separately priced activities. A private vehicle does not imply attraction tickets or accommodation are included.

Accommodation arranged with the tour

Ask for named hotels or clearly stated proposed alternatives, room types, meal plans and the number of nights. Check whether these are currently available or still subject to confirmation. The hotel component should be identifiable in the proposal even when the package has one total price.

Choose who coordinates changes

If you change a self-booked hotel, notify the transport organiser before assuming the pickup and route remain suitable. If hotels are arranged as part of the package, ask how substitutions or date changes would be handled before paying.

For a five-day example, read the five-day private itinerary, where accommodation should be checked separately. Send JK Travels your preferred booking format so the proposal reflects the responsibilities you want the team to handle.
