From ancient wonders

Watch the scenery change from ancient cities to misty hills. Talk over a local lunch, explore a new place together and enjoy the simple pleasure of having the next part of your journey organised.
Our Sri Lanka group tours bring travellers from separate bookings together on a planned route. They suit solo guests who enjoy company, couples looking for shared experiences and friends who prefer an organised holiday.
Our 8-day and 10-day group tours have set departure dates and prices, and each group has fewer than 15 travellers. A 6-day Ramayana heritage tour is also being planned; ask us for its dates.
Travel alongside other booked guests, with room arrangements explained before booking.
Review your route, inclusions and departure conditions before making a commitment.
Explore the experiences behind our journeys. Each itinerary shows which places and activities are included.
01 / CULTUREDiscover the Cultural Triangle, remarkable rock landscapes and the traditions that give Sri Lanka its character. Sigiriya and Kandy feature among the proposed classic-tour highlights.
02 / HILL COUNTRYLook forward to green valleys, plantation scenery and the atmosphere of the central highlands. Train travel is subject to the final programme and ticket availability.
03 / WILDLIFEAsk about a national-park experience on the classic or discovery journey. The park, jeep arrangements and entrance fees will be specified; wildlife sightings are never guaranteed.
04 / THE COASTThe longer discovery concept includes time by the south coast. The beach stop, overnight location and balance of sightseeing and free time will be explained in the final itinerary.
Compare three journeys, each with a different focus. The 8-day and 10-day tours are ready to request, with full itineraries on their own pages. Dates for the 6-day tour are still to be announced.
8 days · 7 nightsA first taste of the island, with iconic landmarks, scenic hill-country landscapes and a wildlife experience along a planned route.
Travel style: culture and scenery with a proposed safari experience. Expect a journey between several regions; ask about walking distances, steps, driving time and free time before choosing this tour.
Best fit: travellers seeking a varied introduction with other guests.
6 days · 5 nightsExplore important Ramayana-associated places and scenic inland landscapes, with a programme designed around scheduled group travel.
Travel style: heritage and temple visits with hill-country scenery. Ask about temple access, time for worship, modest clothing requirements and vegetarian meal arrangements when reviewing the proposed programme.
Best fit: guests interested in Ramayana heritage and scenic inland travel.
10 days · 9 nightsA longer journey for travellers looking to explore more of Sri Lanka, combining heritage, countryside, wildlife and time by the sea.
Travel style: a varied island discovery combining heritage, hill country and coastal scenery. Ask how overnight stops, travel days and free time are balanced; the longer duration does not necessarily mean less driving each day.
Best fit: travellers who prefer a broader island journey over ten days.
See each trip page for the day-by-day programme, stays and what is included. Availability is confirmed when you request a place.
A fixed departure means a tour is planned to start on a specified date, rather than any date a guest chooses. Our 8-day and 10-day tours have dates below. Fares are per person sharing a twin room, and we confirm availability before you pay.
“Planned” and “guaranteed” are not interchangeable. A departure will only be marked confirmed once the operating requirements and supplier arrangements have been met.
Group travel can make a multi-stop itinerary simpler to organise while sharing memorable days with other travellers. The right group size and pace depend on the journey you choose.
Join others who are excited to experience Sri Lanka’s culture, nature and landscapes.
Understand the travel sequence and overnight stops before confirming your place.
Plan with a Sri Lankan operator who can explain transfers, attractions and practical details.
A group structure can make vehicle and guiding costs more economical per traveller.
Review hotel arrangements, meals, transport, entrance fees and optional experiences for each trip.
Solo guests can enquire about available rooms, sharing arrangements and single supplements.
You should always know whether a tour is still being planned or is ready to book. We explain this before taking a payment.
Compare the duration, locations and experience themes of the available group journeys.
Tell us your preferred travel period, number of guests and room requirements. We’ll share the available departure information.
Check the detailed itinerary, per-person cost, inclusions, minimum passenger rule and cancellation terms before you book.
A good itinerary is only part of the decision. These arrangements should be clear in your written offer so you can choose a departure with confidence.
Tell us whether you prefer a twin, double or single room. Ask for hotel names or the proposed accommodation standard, room facilities and the number of nights in each location. Room sharing is subject to availability; request the single-room supplement before booking.
Review the vehicle arrangements, luggage allowance and meeting point. Ask which days include a guide and which services are provided by a driver. Share mobility needs before choosing your trip.
Request a clear list of included meals and activities, plus a budget for meals and experiences paid locally. Check attraction tickets, safari jeep and park charges, and train reservations separately. Tell us about dietary needs so suitable arrangements can be checked.
Send your flight information and tell us if you need airport transfers or extra hotel nights. We will explain whether these are included, optional or quoted separately for your departure.
Request a per-person quote with the room basis, inclusions and exclusions. Deposit amounts, payment methods and the balance deadline will be supplied with the confirmed offer.
Check the minimum and maximum group size, confirmation deadline and cancellation conditions. Do not treat a proposed departure as guaranteed or book non-refundable flights without checking its status.
Both are excellent ways to experience the island. The main difference is how the departure date, route and travel arrangements are organised.
Travel on a scheduled date alongside other booked guests. The itinerary and principal arrangements are shared, with less flexibility to change the route during the trip.
