Meet your English-speaking driver at Bandaranaike International Airport and travel to your Negombo hotel. Otherwise, take an easy local outing and return for lunch, rest and time by the coast. This day provides breathing space after the inland travel; boat trips and water activities are optional, separately arranged and dependent on conditions. Return to your hotel for dinner. After breakfast, check out and travel inland towards Kandy. Take a lunch break and comfort stops during the journey. A Dambulla Cave Temple visit may be requested as an optional cultural stop, with extra admission and a stair climb; including it changes the day’s timing and leaves less time in Kandy. Otherwise, continue directly, check in and enjoy dinner and rest. Do not expect a guaranteed evening performance after this transfer. Overnight: Kandy.
