JK TRAVELS SRI LANKA · HOLIDAY PLANNING
An early flight arrival does not automatically provide early access to your hotel room. For Sri Lanka tour packages, discuss the gap between landing and the property’s confirmed check-in arrangement.
Explore the Sri Lanka tour packages collection and use the following checks when discussing your own proposal.
Separate transfer and room access
An airport pickup can be confirmed while the hotel room is not yet available. Ask when you can use the room and whether the proposal includes an arrangement for an earlier arrival.
Ask about the proposed solution
Options may involve a different first-day plan or additional accommodation, depending on availability and the property’s conditions. Request the exact arrangement and cost rather than assuming a complimentary early check-in.
Plan the first morning around your priorities
Tell the team whether resting, showering or beginning visits matters most. Confirm breakfast separately if it affects your plan. An itinerary should distinguish what is arranged from what can only be requested at arrival.
Find the package that fits your holiday
Share your travel dates, flight times, group size and preferred route. JK Travels Sri Lanka can prepare a proposal with the arrangements and costs set out for your review.
