Comparing Two Wildlife Holiday Proposals Fairly

Match the basic scope

Check dates, travellers, room occupancy, start and finish locations and the number of hotel nights. Then compare overnight bases and the amount of moving between them. A proposal with fewer nights or different room categories is not directly equivalent, even when both are described as a wildlife holiday. Write the differences down before judging the price.

Compare wildlife time and interpretation

Count the confirmed outings and identify what each one includes. Check private or shared vehicle arrangements, admission and specialist guiding. A longer list of parks may provide less observation time if transfers take up more of the itinerary. Ask which proposal better supports your actual interests rather than assuming that more named activities automatically mean a better holiday.

Review the terms and unresolved costs

List optional extras and charges still outside each total. Read payment, cancellation and change conditions alongside the itinerary. If an important detail is unclear, request a revised quote rather than estimating it yourself. Choose the proposal whose complete arrangements, pace and terms you understand and prefer.

Your next planning steps.

• Match dates, nights, occupancy and route scope.
• Compare actual outings and guiding coverage.
• Resolve extras and read booking conditions.

For the next planning step, compare tailor-made holidays in Sri Lanka and individual safari experiences. Individual products and activities retain their own scope and booking conditions.
