Meals are not included in the local jeep rate. Confirm drinking water provision, current food restrictions, permitted toilet stops and any meal arrangement. Do not assume a restaurant, shop or toilet will be available whenever you want one.

Ask what the booking supplies
Check whether you need to bring your own drinking water and whether any requested meal is separately arranged. Explain allergies or dietary requirements clearly and ask what can actually be accommodated. A general preference does not become a confirmed meal service until it is agreed. If you need particular food for personal reasons, discuss it before packing and check current park restrictions.
Plan around permitted facilities
Ask about the likely opportunities for toilet stops and any restrictions on leaving the jeep. Use facilities before setting off when practical, and tell the team about essential needs in advance. Do not request an improvised stop in an unsuitable location once inside the park. The route and timing must work with the permitted options rather than assuming the driver can stop anywhere.
Keep the jeep and habitat tidy
Use containers that close securely and keep day bags manageable. If food is permitted, do not offer it to wildlife or leave scraps behind. Keep every wrapper, bottle and other item with you until you can dispose of it properly outside the habitat. For an extended safari request, ask for a separate plan covering water, meals and breaks rather than applying a short-session assumption.

Choose morning or afternoon and confirm the session’s actual timing and duration. Park entrance tickets, meals and personal expenses are excluded. Transfers from Colombo, Negombo or outside the nearby pickup area require a separate quotation. Wildlife sightings are never guaranteed.
