A planned visit is not a ticket
Ask which admissions are included by name. A programme can take you to Sigiriya or Dambulla while leaving entrance charges payable separately. Avoid using an attraction photograph as evidence of inclusion.
Check each traveller’s basis
Tell the organiser the passenger count and children’s ages. Ask which assumptions the quote uses for tickets and whether any charges remain to be confirmed. Different attractions need not use identical conditions.
Keep optional admissions separate
If you are undecided about a visit, ask whether it can remain optional and what that means for timing and costs. Confirm the final list before booking rather than discovering additional charges during the route.
