JK TRAVELS SRI LANKA · HOLIDAY PLANNING
Moving a Sri Lanka tour package to different dates is more than changing the itinerary heading. Availability and costs may need to be checked again for the entire programme.
Explore the Sri Lanka tour packages collection and use the following checks when discussing your own proposal.
Send the complete new window
Provide the revised arrival and departure dates with flight times. Mention whether the duration also changes. A one-day shift at the start does not establish the final travel schedule by itself.
Review the affected reservations
Ask which hotels, transport services and activities can move and which need replacements. Check the proposed alternatives before assuming the original accommodation and experiences remain available.
Request a revised confirmation
Ask for the updated route, price and any change charges under the applicable booking terms. Keep the latest approved version as the working itinerary so travellers do not follow conflicting dates from earlier messages.
Find the package that fits your holiday
Share your travel dates, flight times, group size and preferred route. JK Travels Sri Lanka can prepare a proposal with the arrangements and costs set out for your review.
