JK TRAVELS SRI LANKA · HOLIDAY PLANNING
Friends joining the same Sri Lanka tour package may stay at different hotels before departure. Two starting addresses need to be included in the transport brief, even when the party travels together afterward.
Explore the Sri Lanka tour packages collection and use the following checks when discussing your own proposal.
Provide complete addresses
Send each hotel name and location with the passengers and bags joining there. A shared hotel brand or a broad area description may not identify the correct pickup point.
Confirm the collection order
Ask which hotel is first, the planned pickup window for each and whether the additional collection changes the first sightseeing period. Do not promise one departure time to both groups before the route is arranged.
Keep one group summary
Choose a clear organiser contact within your party and share the final pickup plan with everyone. If a hotel changes, notify JK Travels before assuming the same order and timing still apply.
Find the package that fits your holiday
Share your travel dates, flight times, group size and preferred route. JK Travels Sri Lanka can prepare a proposal with the arrangements and costs set out for your review.
