JK TRAVELS SRI LANKA · HOLIDAY PLANNING
Private transport in a Sri Lanka tour package should have a clear programme. If you expect additional evening journeys or unplanned detours, discuss them before the quotation is confirmed.
Explore the Sri Lanka tour packages collection and use the following checks when discussing your own proposal.
Describe the use you expect
Mention dinner outings, early starts and extra visits when requesting the route. Ask whether they are included or require separate confirmation, rather than assuming private transport means unrestricted use at any hour.
Agree changes before taking them
If you want to extend a day, ask how the change affects cost, timing and the driver’s arrangements. Keep the original programme and any approved addition clear to everyone.
Compare the actual service
A proposal including specified evening transfers differs from one covering only scheduled sightseeing. Compare those details with the total price so the selected arrangement matches the way you want to travel.
Find the package that fits your holiday
Share your travel dates, flight times, group size and preferred route. JK Travels Sri Lanka can prepare a proposal with the arrangements and costs set out for your review.
